Find out what your website is costing you.

Submit your URL and we will send a personalized report grading your speaker website across six categories. You will see exactly what is helping you get booked, what is quietly losing you inquiries, and which fix matters most right now.

Most speaker websites we review score well on design and fail on the last two categories. Search visibility and AI visibility are where the bookings are being lost.

What we grade

Six categories. One letter grade each.

These are the six things that determine whether a meeting planner finds you, trusts you, and contacts you. Every speaker website succeeds or fails on them.

01 · Graded A to F

First Impression

Whether a meeting planner understands what you do for an audience within the first five seconds, on a phone, before scrolling.

02 · Graded A to F

Booking Clarity

How obvious the next step is. Whether the inquiry path is visible, frictionless, and asks for the right information.

03 · Graded A to F

Proof & Authority

Client logos, testimonials from actual buyers, media, and the evidence a planner needs to put their reputation behind you.

04 · Graded A to F

Mobile & Speed

Load time, mobile layout, and whether your video plays without friction. Initial research almost always happens on a phone.

05 · Graded A to F

Search Visibility (SEO)

Whether you rank for your own name first and your topic second, plus title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, and schema.

06 · Graded A to F

AI Visibility (AEO)

Whether ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity can read your site, understand your expertise, and cite you when someone asks for a speaker on your topic.

Audit questions

What to expect.

What exactly do I get with the free Speaker Website Audit?
You receive a personalized report grading your website across six categories: First Impression, Booking Clarity, Proof and Authority, Mobile and Speed, Search Visibility, and AI Visibility. Each category gets a letter grade and specific notes on what is working and what is costing you inquiries, with the highest-priority fixes identified first.
Is the audit actually free, and is there a catch?
It is free and there is no call required. You submit your URL, we review your site, and we send the report. We built the audit because most speakers do not know what is wrong with their website, and a graded report is more useful than a sales conversation. If you want help implementing the fixes afterward, that is a separate conversation you can choose to have.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are returned within two business days. Complex sites with many pages can take slightly longer.
Do I need to get on a call to receive my audit?
No. The report is delivered to you in writing. We deliberately built it that way. You should be able to find out what is wrong with your website without scheduling a thirty-minute call first.
What is AI Visibility and why is it one of the six categories?
Meeting planners increasingly ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity to recommend speakers before they ever open a search engine. AI Visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, measures whether your site is structured so those systems can read it, understand your expertise, and cite you as a source. Most speaker websites score poorly here because they were built before AI search existed.
Will the audit tell me if I need a whole new website?
Sometimes the answer is no. Plenty of sites need better copy, faster loading, clearer booking paths, and proper structured data rather than a rebuild. The audit tells you which situation you are in, and we would rather tell you honestly than sell you a project you do not need.
