Services

Everything your speaker website needs to get you booked.

We are not a general web design shop that also takes speaker clients. Speakers are the only industry we serve, and have been since 2012. That means we already know what a meeting planner looks for, because we have watched them decide for eighteen years.

Core services

Design, search, and the AI layer nobody else is building.

01 · Design

Speaker website design

A custom site built around your message, your keynote, and your booking process. Not a template with your photo dropped in. Every page is structured to move a meeting planner toward an inquiry.

02 · Redesign

Redesign & rescue

If your site looks dated, loads slowly, or simply stopped producing inquiries, we rebuild it on modern static architecture. Faster, more secure, and far easier for search engines and AI systems to read.

03 · Search

SEO for professional speakers

Speaker SEO has a specific priority order. Rank for your name first, because that is what a planner types after they hear you speak. Rank for your topic second, because that is how new planners find you. We build for both.

04 · AI visibility

Answer engine optimization

Structured data, entity clarity, and answer-first content so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity can understand and cite you. This is the single biggest gap on almost every speaker website we audit.

05 · Content

Copywriting & keynote descriptions

Most speaker copy fails for one reason: it is written about the speaker rather than for the audience. We rewrite it through the lens of the people sitting in the seats, which is what makes a planner reach for the contact form.

06 · Ongoing

Maintenance & momentum

Updates, security, performance monitoring, and regular content so your site keeps gaining ground instead of slowly going stale while you are on the road.

How we work

The audit comes first. Always.

We do not start with a sales call and we do not quote a project before we know what is actually wrong. The free audit tells both of us what your site needs. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a rebuild, and we would rather say so.

Service questions

The things speakers ask us.

What does a professional speaker website cost?
Our pricing sits in the middle of the market. We are not the cheapest option available and we are not the most expensive. The final number depends on how many pages you need, whether copywriting is included, and whether you want ongoing SEO and maintenance afterward. The free audit is the fastest way to scope what your site actually needs before anyone talks about price.
Do you offer website design and maintenance packages?
Yes. We offer design, redesign, ongoing maintenance, SEO, and content as either individual projects or combined packages. Most speakers start with either a build or a redesign and then move onto an ongoing plan so the site keeps improving instead of going stale.
Do you write the copy, or do I have to?
We can do either. Copywriting is one of the most valuable parts of a speaker website because most speakers write about themselves rather than about what happens to an audience. If you prefer to write your own, we will structure the site and tell you exactly what each section needs to do.
Can you improve my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes, and often that is the better call. Many speaker websites do not need a rebuild. They need faster loading, clearer booking paths, better keynote descriptions, proper structured data, and an AI visibility layer. The audit will tell you which situation you are in.
What is answer engine optimization and do speakers really need it?
Answer engine optimization, or AEO, is the practice of structuring a website so AI systems like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity can read it, understand the expertise it represents, and cite it in generated answers. Speakers need it because meeting planners have started asking AI tools for speaker recommendations before they run a traditional search. A site that is invisible to those systems loses the recommendation before the search ever happens.
How long does a speaker website take to build?
It depends on scope and on how quickly content and photography come together. The build itself is rarely the bottleneck. Waiting on video, headshots, and keynote descriptions is what usually determines the timeline.
